The goal of ACCESS Family Care Medical & Dental Clinics is to provide quality primary medical and dental care.
The individual in this position will assist patients to exam room, collect comprehensive patient history and main information in data base, complete dental charting, prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies, provides assistance to patients and providers. The hygienist will sanitize area and instruments, reviews treatments, procedures and costs with patients, and perform all duties within the scope of his/her position. The individual in this position must work cooperatively with our provider(s) and all staff members; supporting a team effort at our location, serving our customers, and striving to achieve our Mission through our Core Values.
