We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality care that promotes health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide preventive care, including health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Valid MO medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
