Location: ACCESS Family Care, Located in SW Missouri
Employment Type: Full-Time

ACCESS Family Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our mission-driven team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, serving a diverse and underserved population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

  • Optional teaching or mentoring opportunities available

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA registration

  • Commitment to community health and underserved populations

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
