Facilities Maintenance Supervisor ACCESS Family Care
ACCESS Family Care is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage building operations, maintenance planning, and safety compliance across our clinics. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff.
Lead maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff
Perform and schedule repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
Coordinate vendors and oversee contracted services
Maintain safety standards in accordance with federal and state regulations
Valid driver’s license
Experience in facility or maintenance supervision
Ability to manage multiple sites
Must pass federally compliant pre-employment drug screening
