  • You have strong communication skills; you can provide clear information by writing, phone or in person.
  • You have excellent customer-service skills. You provide information to staff, clients and the public; you are courteous and prompt with your responses.
  • You are detailed oriented. You can perform clerical tasks with attention to details.
  • You are organized and good at problem solving.
A Day in the Life
  • You’ll be knowledgeable about agency policies, procedures and activities.
  • You’ll greet visitors to the Walker Admin. Office and answer telephones providing information or follow-up.
  • You will assess caller or visitor needs and direct them to resources and staff.
  • You’ll provide information about available resources or services.
  • You’ll handle, sort and distribute mail; and maintain office and program supplies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum job requirements are reading, communication, math and problem-solving skills equivalent to High School Diploma or GED, and three years of related experience in a job involving office skills.
  • You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP’s values of collaboration, innovation and compassion for those we serve. 
  • Applicants must pass a Background Study.
Wages

You’ll be eligible for a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in the community.

Full time, 32 hours/week, 9-mos seasonal: Sept through May. Anticipated start date Sept 2, 2025. $15.37 - $21.52/hour.,  Benefit eligible: medical, dental, vision, life/add/std, retirement plan, holiday pay and paid-time off.

Schedule: Monday-Thursdays; 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
