A Day in the Life
You'll maintain confidential Supportive Housing Department and client record files.
You'll complete demographic and program-specific data entry into internal and state-agency software.
You'll work closely with a program director to create reports for agency funders and be responsible for their timely submission.
You'll collaborate with coworkers in ensuring records are thorough and accurately reflect program guidelines.
You'll meet face-to-face with clients and assist individuals with completion of applications.
You'll help determine if those seeking services are eligible for assistance and refer individuals to other community supports.
Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent; and two years of administrative experience, or equivalent.
A valid driver's license or other evidence of mobility is required. Position requires some workday travel to the BI-CAP Bemidji office each week.
You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP's values of collaboration, innovation and compassion for those we serve.
Applicants must pass a background study.
Wages
Full time, 40 hours/week, $14.19 - $19.87/hr. depending on qualifications. Benefit eligible: medical, dental, vision, life/add, retirement plan, holiday pay and paid time off.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
