Employees are paid twice monthly, on the first and sixteenth days of the month.  When the first or sixteenth day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or observed holiday, payday is the last workday immediately preceding those dates.

D19 has two flexible scheduling plans, offering a 4-day schedule, or a 9-day schedule.  Flex scheduling must be pre-approved by the immediate supervisor.
