Job Description/Essential Functions:

Serves as Area Clinic Manager for our Petersburg, Bank St. Office. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Bank St. Clinic. Recommends new hires, trains staff, recommends termination and supervises staff. Interfaces with community organizations, serves on required boards and committees. Provides direct service to individuals and families as needed.  Oversees Mental Health Case Management, I-WORK services, difficult case staffing, and interfaces with Region IV Peer Committee.


Provides oversight of programs to ensure service delivery is met as required at Petersburg clinic

 
· Reviews exception and activity reports monthly to address documentation concerns.
 
· Ensures new and existing staff are educated on agency and program policies. Stay abreast of policy changes to disseminate to direct reports as needed.

· Complies and ensures direct reports comply with established regulation and policies surrounding consumer services and documentation of service delivery.

· Oversees program planning, staff schedules and schedule for consumers seeing psychiatrist
 
· Coordinates day-to-day service delivery at Petersburg clinic

 
· Conducts staff meetings to ensure overall operation and service delivery at Petersburg clinics is met.
 
· Provides supervision to administrative staff and clinical supervision to MHCM staff.
 
· Completes all mandatory trainings yearly to maintain pre-screener certification for potential program crises.

· Participates in meetings with Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) and DBHDS relating to program funding requirements, monitoring and regulations.


· Participate in contracted I-WORK services through Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and Career Support Services, through meetings and authorizing reimbursement for services.
 
· Monitors registrations and submission of prior authorizations for (MHCM).

· Provides clinical supervision to licensed eligible direct reports when possible and as needed.
 
· Holds all staff accountable for timely recording all documentation in (EHR) 
 


Requirements: (Experience, Essential Education, and Skills Needed):


Must be licensed by State Dept. of Health Professionals (i.e. LCSW, LPC and LMFT); valid VA Driver's license with acceptable driving record and score of -6 or higher

Demonstrated experience in administrative and clinical supervision, experience in delivery of direct clinical services. Previous experience providing supervision. At least 2years of previous clinical supervisory experience.

Must be able to travel to other clinic sites and attend committees/meetings that may be out of area. Must be available to address urgent issues after business hours if the need arises.



Preferred Qualifications / Other Relevant Job Information:

Position requires a Valid Driver's license is state of residence with a point balance of -6 or higher, pre-employment extensive background check and drug screening.

This is a Grade 216 salaried position.  Starting salary is $71,358.  Salary is Negotiable.
