District 19 Community Services Board is offering a full-time Rental Assistance Administrator position. This position will serve as the assistant directly to the coordinator of the program. Essential duties of this position include but are not limited to: maintain accurate records pertaining to the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, submitting requests for all payments for all participants in the housing program, assist with gathering needed documents for proof of income, assist or conduct HQS inspections, attend any meetings/training's pertinent to the housing program in order to be knowledgeable of changes or any new developments for housing programs, keep excel spreadsheets/records of all participants and payments, work closely with the finance department to keep accurate records of the Permanent Supportive Housing program, send out request for annual income verification's and assist with calculating or recalculating rents whenever required.
Must meet the DBHDS definition of "Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A)"
At least a bachelor's degree in human services or related field (social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, human services counseling or other degree deemed equivalent to those described) from an accredited college and with at least one year of clinical experience providing direct services to individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness.

· An individual with a master's degree in psychology from an accredited college or university with at least one year of clinical experience.
· A person with at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an unrelated field that includes at least 15 semester credits (or equivalent) in a human services field and who has at least three years of clinical experience.
· Any other licensed mental health professional.
*Must have a valid Virginia Driver's License. Position requires driving agency vehicle to conduct agency business, sitting at a desk for long periods of time ability to make sound clinical judgment, ability to maintain accurate records.
*Must have basic computer skills
*Must become SOAR certified within 90 days of hire.
Salary: This is a Grade 208, starting salary is $44,771. Salaries are negotiable.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
