Successful applicant must have a Master’s degree in a human service or related field, and currently be licensed as a Licensed MH Professional (LMHP) or be Board registered in the state of Virginia with License Eligible status (i.e. LPC Resident, Supervisee in Social Work, LMFT Resident, etc). 

A minimum of one year providing direct clinical experience to children and adolescents and at least one year providing substance use or mental health treatment is required.

Prefer experience working in or with schools, experience providing individual and group therapy, and extensive experience working with SED children and adolescents.

Prefer strong knowledge of child mental health issues and diagnosis. 

Prefer clinical record documentation skills and experience working with computers.

*Agency may provide supervision towards licensure.
