Successful applicant must have a Master’s degree in a human service or related field, a minimum of one year providing direct clinical experience to children and adolescents. Must have at least one year providing substance use or mental health treatment is required. Prefer current license as a Licensed MH Professional (LMHP) or be Board registered in the state of Virginia with License Eligible status (i.e. LPC Resident, Supervisee in Social Work, LMFT Resident, etc.). Prefer experience working in or with schools, experience providing individual and group therapy, and experience working with SED children and adolescents. Prefer strong knowledge of child mental health issues and diagnosis. Prefer clinical record documentation skills and experience working with computers.
