Serves as Area Clinic Manager for Petersburg. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Bank St. Clinic. Recommends new hires, trains staff, recommends termination and supervises staff. Interfaces with community organizations, serves on required boards and committees. Provides direct service to individuals and families as needed. Oversees Mental Health Case Management, I-WORK services, Ellis Square, difficult case staffing, and interfaces with region IV Peer Committee.Provide oversight of programs to ensure service delivery is met as required at Petersburg clinic and Ellis Square Residential Program. · Review exception and activity reports monthly to address documentation concerns. · Ensure new and existing staff are educated on agency and program policies. Stay abreast of policy changes to disseminate to direct reports as needed.· Complies and ensures direct reports comply with established regulation and policies surrounding consumer services and documentation of service delivery.· Oversees program planning, staff schedules and schedule for consumers seeing psychiatrist · Coordinate day-to-day service delivery at Petersburg clinic and Ellis Square Residential Program. · Conducts staff meetings to ensure overall operation and service delivery at Petersburg clinics is met. · Provides supervision to Administrative staff and clinical supervision to MHCM and MHSB staff. · Complete all mandatory trainings yearly to maintain pre-screener certification for potential program crises.· Participate in meetings with Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) and DBHDS relating to program funding requirements, monitoring and regulations.· Participate in contracted I-WORK services through Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and Career Support Services, through meetings and authorizing reimbursement for services. · Monitors registrations and submission of prior authorizations for (MHCM, and MHSB).· Conduct MHSB assessments when needed and monitor assessments conducted by other LMHP providers prior to submitting.· Provides clinical supervision to licensed eligible direct reports when possible and as needed. · Holds all staff accountable for timely recording all documentation in (EHR) *INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY. Salary Action. When an employee is selected for "acting" status for a position of a higher grade classification, the employee in the "acting" status is eligible for a salary increase. This increase in salary shall begin on the date of the start of "acting appointment." At this point in time, and until the time at which the employee is relieved of his/ her "acting" status, the employee's compensation is increased to either the range minimum of the higher grade or 10% above his/ her current compensation, whichever is greatest, up to the maximum level of the higher grade classification. In no case, shall the employee's "acting" pay exceed the highest level of the salary range for the higher grade classification.
The "acting" pay supplement shall end prior to the effective date that the vacancy was filled. No compensation to the acting employee shall continue after this date even though the acting employee may continue to perform some of the duties of the position during the orientation or training of the new incumbent.
Conclusion of the Acting Assignment. Upon completion of the acting assignment, the employee shall be returned to the rate of pay he/ she would have been earning had the assignment not been taken. Should the employee be promoted at the conclusion of an acting assignment, the salary action shall be based upon the employee's regular rate of pay, not including the acting pay. If the employee leaves D19 CSB service during the acting period, leave balance payments shall also be paid on the employee's regular rate of pay and not based on the acting pay rate.
