Derse is one of the country’s leading face-to-face marketing companies, currently ranked in the “top 10” by Advertising Age magazine. We are looking to expand our sales leadership team due to additional business growth in tradeshows, marketing environments and events.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sales experience or a related background in marketing, communications, and/or account management. Customer service and/or hospitality field experience also considered.
This is an entry level salary sales position leading to a full commission sales position in 18-24 months. The candidate will learn the full scope of duties and responsibilities of this role by shadowing a successful account executive working in the same office.
This individual will have “hands-on-experience” preparing them for a successful career in face-to-face marketing. We are looking for a small number of “select” and sales driven candidates who are entrepreneurial, and interested in learning about the face-to-face experiential marketing industry, which includes design, fabrication, logistics and helping shape and execute tradeshow and event programs for brands from a vast number of industries.
