Derse, a complete face-to-face marketing agency with a smarter approach to building client sales and managing their trade show, marketing environment and event programs, seeks “hunters” sales professionals.

The VP of Sales & Marketing & the National Sales Director will educate candidates on pertinent industry knowledge, partner on sales opportunities, and train candidates to build a client base.

The selected candidates will be challenged with developing and selling tailored exhibit marketing programs.

Qualifications include:

  • 3- 5 years consultative selling experience in custom product/service solutions or advertising industry.
  • Successful and progressive record of identifying, pitching, and closing business.
  • Talent for crafting marketing solutions for company-customer engagements.
  • Background of driving ROI and ROO into marketing solutions.
  • Ability to quickly identify, qualify and address client program gaps.
  • Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit and influential communication style.
  • Strategic, solution-based problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative to effectively build & drive direction and execution of strategic plan.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 50% travel requirement.
