Customer Experience Designer
  

Derse, a complete face-to-face marketing agency with a smarter approach to building client sales and managing their trade show, marketing environments and event programs, is searching for a Customer Experience Designer for our Corporate Creative Team.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Creative Team members, generate, lead and inspire interesting, appropriate and effective creative seed ideas, engagement strategies and narrative development.
  • Translate a project’s strategic plan into accountable creative solutions.
  • Work on the development of proposals and communicating a project time path, while providing research guidance and facilitating the development of project budgets.
  • Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, tools and industry trends to share with Creative teams; attend tradeshows and industry conventions / seminars.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
  • Must have an Associate’s degree in Design and / or (5+) years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, leading creative solutions with clear expectations on delivery and overall project path.
  • Must possess strong writing, presentation and story-telling skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • MS Office Suite knowledge necessary.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
