The Technician II is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities and grounds. Additionally, the candidate will assess and consider daily the safety of our employees, the security of our assets and the service to our stakeholder. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.

They will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and follow detailed instructions. The role requires proficiency in using standard tools and flexibility to travel to various work sites as needed.
