The Temporary Billings Associate will be responsible for processing bills, addressing all customer service complaints, queries, set up and termination of accounts, provide monthly reports and other clerical duties as needed. The Billings Clerk is expected to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely bills to the company’s residential, commercial and industrial customers, in conjunction with the relevant internal stakeholders

The Temporary Billings Associate will have an earned High School Diploma in a business-related field with Fundamental Accounting knowledge and sound mathematics skills. They will be confidential and have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and have prior experience in Customer Service. They must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate ability to identify and effectively restore customer issues.
The Billings Clerk must have thorough knowledge of the general rules and regulations for Electric Service.
