Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the President/CEO and the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and General Counsel, this position assists the President/CEO and Sr. V.P. regarding all Corporate Board liaison and communication, related meetings, and executive staff coordination.  
Job Requirements:
Work directly with all senior executive staff in variety of daily administrative activities and commercial and residential leasing.  Position requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, planning and organization to meet deadlines for a significant volume of work and stringent quality standards. 

Past education and/or dealings with leases, financial statements, corporate documents, bank financing, and contracts is highly beneficial.  Current real estate license preferred but not required.   Position requires an experienced person and/or talented quick learner. Administrative duties and directives will be performed for other departments as well as assigned.  

Required Experience:
Qualifications Requirements:
Education: AA Degree or certificate in secretarial, legal secretarial, paralegal, office management programs, or related fields is a minimum requirement. Years of experience may substitute for education requirements.

Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar paralegal and/or administrative position applying required skills.  

Licenses or Certificates: The qualified candidate must be or be able to become a notary public 

Rate of Pay $16.00-$19.00 per hour.
