Brief Job Description:
Staff will work in the Healthy Families America program.  Staff is responsible for identifying and providing intensive home visiting services to eligible families.

Education Requirements:
Minimum - High school graduate.  Bachelor's degree social work/sociology preferred.  Knowledge in child development also preferred.  Experience in providing parenting services and home visits helpful.  Must be able to attend required training in Springfield or Chicago.  Need excellent communication skills.
