Brief Job Description:  Supervise and manage the Health Families Illinois program.  Additionally, this position will also support our Case Coordination Unit (Senior Service) program by completing Determination of Need for clients.
 
Education Requirements: Masters degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families OR a bachelor's degree but with commensurate HFA experience.

Successful Applicant must possess knowledge of parent-infant child health and dynamics of child abuse and neglect, knowledge of infant and child development, experience in home visiting with a strong background in early childhood prevention services, and a solid understanding of or experience in supervising diverse staff with humility, as well as providing support to staff in stressful work environments.

In addition, must successfully pass a background check and have a safe driving record.  Must furnish own vehicle for home visits.  Must be responsible, trustworthy and able to provide services in a non-judgmental manner.
