Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Partners Urgent care seeks talented, patient-oriented Physician Assistants (PA) who enjoy delivering high quality care. Partners serves the acute care needs of patients 12 months and older. In our centers, you will experience the full spectrum of urgent care conditions from acute illnesses to traumatic injuries. As an urgent care Physician Assistant (PA), you should be comfortable performing procedures, interpreting diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKG's. In addition to treating acute illnesses and injuries the Physician Assistant (PA) will conduct school, sports and pre-employment physicals. Our centers are equipped with state-of-the-art digital radiography and CLIA-waived laboratory equipment.

Job Qualifications:
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• PA-C certification
• DEA license
• Massachusetts controlled substances license
• ER or urgent care experience preferred
• Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses
• Experience with reading diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKGs
• Outstanding bedside manner with children and adults
• Positive, energetic attitude which inspires other team members
• Sense of service and team orientation absent of hubris
• Desire to contribute to building and maintaining a great organization
BLS certification is REQUIRED

The ability to work a flexible schedules that will include:
13 shifts per month
13 hour shifts (approximate)
Other days TBD by mutual agreement
Holiday availability mandatory

Must be willing to travel within market - travel mileage is reimbursed
Must be willing to be on call on select days by mutual agreement
