MedSpring Urgent Care seeks a talented Senior Manager, Business Development, Employer Services. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Marketing. The Senior. Manager, Business Development also works as an integral part of the Employer Services organization. This role will be key in the development of our business in the occupational health discipline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate and implement business development plans that generate in new business clients and patients to the organization. Provide strategic and operational implementation of activities that result in new businesses becoming active, repeat clients who use our occupational health services.
Increase market share for occupational health services in the markets that MedSpring serves.
Oversee implementation of strategic plans and proactive promotion of Employer Services offerings to small, medium and large businesses (integrated B2B client account development).
Meet specific and measurable new client and patient visit targets. Report regularly to leadership regarding progress, effectiveness and status of business development programs.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients in collaboration with other internal groups to define new Employer Services Opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Employer Services leadership to execute on new business development services, goals and programs.
Set-up and maintain CRM and lead generation programs – in partnership with marketing focused on developing a pipeline of new and existing clients.
Minimal travel may be required (<10%)
Skills & Experience
Collaborative – able to work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to meet objectives.
Ability and comfort for proactively speaking with clients and internal/external stakeholders on the phone and in group settings.
Data-driven, performance focused with ability to own, lead and report progress on programs and status.
Articulate communicator, comfortable discussing services offerings, gathering client feedback and negotiating client agreements that result in a smooth transition of new clients to internal Employer Services coordination team.
Ability to regularly maintain, develop and report on performance using Excel, PowerPoint and other dashboards.
Proactive hands-on experience using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Market or related to manage BD clients and pipelines.
3-5 years progressive and demonstrable experience in business development, integrated marketing, strategic sales or related.
Healthcare business development experience a plus, but not required. Those with relevant experience in hospitality, consulting services or tech encouraged to apply.
