MedSpring Urgent Care seeks a talented Market Trainer. The successful candidate will be a member of the Operations Team and have a dual reporting role to the Area Director of Operations and the Sr. Manager, Learning and Development. The Market Trainers work as an integral part of both the operations and training and development team. This role will play a key role in the on-boarding and training of all MedSpring associates. The Market Trainer will ensure the successful on-boarding and development of new hires, facilitate new hire orientation classes, provide clinical training for operations teams (EMR, OSHA, DOT UDS & BAT, etc.), and revise and update training content as needed. The Market Trainer will be a key point of contact for all associates when it comes to ensuring they have the proper skills to provide exceptional patient care. This position can be based out of the Boston area.
