Position: Market Trainer
Reports To: Direct: Area Director of Operations

MedSpring Urgent Care seeks a talented Market Trainer. The successful candidate will be a member of the Operations Leadership Team reporting directly to the Area Director of Operations with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Sr. Manger, Learning & Development. The Market Trainers work as an integral part of the operations and training teams. This role will play a key role in the on-boarding and training of all MedSpring associates and providers. The Market Trainer will be responsible for ensuring the successful on-boarding and development of new hires, facilitate new hire orientation classes, provide clinical training for operations teams (EMR, OSHA, DOT UDS & BAT, etc.), and revise and update training content as needed. The Market Trainer will be a key point of contact for all clinical staff when it comes to ensuring they have the proper skills to provide exceptional patient care. There will be a dedicated Market Trainer for each market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling and completion of required DOT Error Correction Training
Track all required training and certifications to ensure compliance with all state, federal and local laws and company policies

Skills and Abilities
Professional Experience / Certifications
Licensed NCT/LMRT/RT required to maintain license in good-standing along with completion of required CME
Certified MA required to maintain certification with completion of required CME
Maintains current BLS/CPR certification
