Position: Full-time, Exempt Qualifications: Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology). Licensed Clinical Professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required. Supervisory experience is required: -Position directly oversees the supervision of Mental Health Therapists, and the application of Clinical Service delivery to clients and families. Previous experience in residential treatment settings is preferred. Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements: The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
