Qualifications: High School Diploma is required. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements: The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.
Job Summary Behavioral Technicians are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Technicians will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities. This position will also be responsible for writing individualized service plans and court reports.
Work Hours: Hours worked are as needed, 2nd Shift.
