  • Review technical data, drawings, technical manuals, logistics data, ILS checklists, and configuration baseline documents to determine changes required to update requirements and establish new baselines as necessary.
  • Identify, develop, initiate, and maintain ship configuration baselines and establish CDMD-OA database to be use by the Government to record, monitor, track, and display each ship’s configuration, track ship engineering systems changes, and updates of related logistic support data at the Repairable Identification Code (RIC), Allowance Parts List (APL), and Allowance Equipment List (AEL) level for each functionally significant item of Contractor and Government Furnished equipment installed.
  • Support maintenance of the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) portion of the Logistics Configuration Baseline (LCB) as a hierarchically related top-down breakdown system.
  • Provide PMS support and participate in Logistic Support Analyses and Logistic Readiness Reviews, Supply Support Reviews, and Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings.
  • Support Fitting-Out logistics requirements.

Security Clearance Requirement

  • An active SECRET security clearance is required.

Qualification Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with emphasis on DOD procurement, Equipment and Material Readiness and Integrated Logistics support.
  • A high school diploma is required; a GED or certificate from a vocational training curriculum may be substituted.
  • Must possess the skills and ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess and exercise diplomatic tact and interface with the customer.
  • Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products and tools.
  • Travel (10%) may be required.
