THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking candidates to a fill positions providing Logistics (OSR) On-Site Representative expertise to the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWCPCD), Expeditionary Systems Division (Code E30) Air Cushion Vehicle Branch.  


This position is located at Assault Craft Unit (ACU 4) Little Creek, VA.


Perform duties in support of the ISEA providing full spectrum support, which includes Operations & Maintenance, System Engineering, Integrated Logistics Support and On-Site Fleet support.   


Must be Secret Clearance – obtainable/eligible


Approximately 75% travel to NSWC Panama City, FL during the initial 18 months of employment.



Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience (bullet point format of the criteria which will be used to determine if the applicants are qualified):

 

LCAC Logistics (OSR) On-Site Reprsenetative -


Logistics Support position at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division involving all aspects of Life Cycle Management, and the execution overhauls and modernization of U.S. Navy LCACs.


Incumbent performs professional duties related to the work of the division.  Duties include but are not limited to providing engineering/technical support, planning support, operations (project) support, methods and standards support, equipment and facilities support, quality assurance support, safety/environmental support, and administrative support as assigned.


Job responsibilities will require knowledge of LCAC operations and maintenance, Amphibious ship well deck operations, LCAC subassemblies and support equipment.  Incumbent will be required to become proficient with Navy Technical Manual/technical documentation.


Incumbent will be required to travel for durations between 1 day and 1 month with minimal advance notice.  Travel may be international and incumbent must have or be able to obtain a passport.    Incumbent will be expected to help LCAC crew and support personnel to completely resolve various issues from troubleshooting, help with logistics and possibly help with the installation/set up of replacement hardware or software.  Incumbent will be required to proficiently interact with members of the LCAC crew and support personnel from all ranks for both scheduling and also for any possible troubleshooting efforts.   ?
