• Provide a high standard of dental care encompassing preventive, operative, periodontal, oral surgery and other dental treatments as needed, according to the VNA Health Center Dental Scope of Practice.
• To remain current in clinical expertise through utilization of continuing education.
• To meet dental program productivity standards and goals as outlined by Grant guidelines.
• To exhibit professional behavior and leadership qualities in presence of patients and other dental staff.
• Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities.
  Familiarizes and complies with all VNA policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $160K - $180K annually depending on Years of Experience.
Incentives: Earn up to $24,680K annually based upon meeting Productivity, Patient Satisfaction and Quality Goals
