Position Summary: This position is responsible for day to day operations and clinical oversight of the CSP.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A very high degree of clinical knowledge and skills and the ability to clearly communicate these to others; ability to cope with emergency situations with a highly impaired population; good supervision skills and the ability to maintain and promote positive working relationships within CBMHP; excellent assessment and interviewing skills; good understanding of mental illness and its effects of clients and their families; ability to support staff in difficult situations; effective use of time and resources to help maintain quality CSP services. Strong writing and good organizational skills are essential.
Minimal Qualifications:
Work Relationship and Scope: Reports directly to the Associate Program Director; works with the CSP psychiatrists/APNP, the rest of the CSP treatment team, as well as the benefits advocates, client service representative, billing, and support staff; acts as a liaison with landlords, employers, community medical staff and family members – especially in complicated situations.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in the office, the community, and occasionally in clients’ homes; clients may be unstable and symptomatic at times; hours average at least 40 hours per week; flexible work schedule includes some weekends, after hours hotline coverage, and holidays; may be required to work on busy client days such as “check days.”
