The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely and strategic hiring of qualified, mission-aligned candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Generalists to provide high-quality staffing support, enhance the candidate experience, and help brand WCS as an Employer of Choice in the social services sector. This position will also lead efforts to build WCS’s social media recruiting presence and support ongoing initiatives related to employee retention and workforce engagement.
This is a sedentary office position, requiring frequent talking. Typing and moderate walking are required, with occasional bending for filing. Must use a computer, which entails typing, and spend time speaking and listening to all parties involved in the recruitment process. Thinking skills are essential to align candidate skills with position vacancies.
