This position assists and supports the daily operation of Milwaukee Youth Court Service Programs including but not limited to: Shelter Care – Rashid & Bahiya, Community Service Restitution Coordination (CSRC), Aspire, Violence Reduction Program, and Electronic Monitoring services. The position will also support other division Programs. The Program and Quality Support Specialist will split time amongst different programs providing quality assurance and reporting to ensure contract compliance, as well as other duties as assigned. The position will report directly to the Vice President.
May require sitting at a desk and/or computer for two or more hours at a time. Requires significant computer work. Driving for the position may be required.
Work is performed in a fast-paced office setting. Must be comfortable being around and/or interacting with youth involved with the justice system for the purposes of Empathy Interviews and surveys. Flexible work schedule may be required, and some pre-approved remote work days (one to two per week may be considered). Reports directly to the Vice President of Court & Community Reintegration Services and works closely with youth programs under the Court Service umbrella. Interacts with all staff and direct interaction with the people being served and professionals (subcontractors and CYFS QA staff).
