Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist works in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Quality and Data Manager who is responsible for quality assurance, auditing, data reporting and entry, and administrative support within the Behavioral Health Division at Wisconsin Community Services (WCS). This work includes collecting and reporting data for program goals, objectives, and performance standards within the division, including CCS, UP, CLTS, and behavioral health programs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office environment at both 27th Street and 37th Street locations. Must be comfortable being around and/or interacting with people with mental health, substance use, and life needs.
